“The Provincial Youth Council (CPJ), Kasai Central, through President Peter Bakandowa, welcomes the exit of the government team and demands that the governor appoint their peers within the ministerial offices.
This youth structure hopes the new executive will “respect its commitments”.
» We welcome the exit of the provincial government while taking note of the declaration made by the provincial governor during the restitution of the consultations for three days. If all the youth followed the intervention of the governor, the authority was clear. He made a commitment to involve young people in ministerial cabinets. So he expressed his desire to integrate women into governments and young people into cabinets. Soon, I think the governor will honor his commitment. We would like to have young people, directors; advisers and heads of services but not only assign young people to the protocol service” , emphasizes Peter Bakandowa”.
