COMMUNICATE – SCED
The Congolese Society for the Rule of Law is informed of the
talks that are being held between the Government of the
Democratic Republic of Congo and the various armed groups in Nairobi.
While Welcoming the culture of dialogue as one of the
republican values that consolidates the rule of law, the SCED reminds the Government
of its commitment made on April 26, 2022 before the National Assembly to no longer
accept the incorporation of the rebels into the Army and the National Police.
