This is the first official establishment of RMX in the DRC
UVIRA — As part of the REGENERATION MATRIX group projects at UVIRA, a membership has been signed by the HUMANITARIAN AND NATIONAL SOLIDARITY ANTENNA represented by Prosper LUFUNGULA-MUTUZA, head of the urban office of Humanitarian Actions and National Solidarity whose members are victims, internally displaced persons, returnees, refugees, returnees and the vulnerable of the city of UVIRA and REGENERATION MATRIX group in GENEVA, SWITZERLAND which represents the entire RMX ecosystem in the world.
“This is the very beginning of a roll out across the world and Africa,” said Virginie Guignard Legros, founder of REGENERATION MATRIX group.
The UVIRA Project
As a first action, a REGENERATION MATRIX press agency was officially opened at UVIRA. REGENERATION MATRIX group warmly thanks the City of UVIRA for providing it with premises for the press agency.
This agency is the first implementation of REGENERATION programs of the City which initially are phased over the next 5 years with the objective of having nearly 5000 Angels who will form an artificial network of trust in this city of 400,000 inhabitants , including 40,000 refugees. City that has been aggregated by populations of displaced people fleeing the armed conflicts in the surroundings that are still present.
These Angels will support multiple information activities, training, installation of equipment, assessment of problems and risks, such as climate problems related to the Lake and the climate which has already caused more than 50,000 shelters for 2 years.

- UVIRA, a city of water on a living lake
- BABYLON, life and a new city
