On August 8, 2016, recalls the storming of the City of TSHIMBULU by about fifty militiamen, including minors.
The toll of this attack was heavy: 10 dead including 5 militiamen and 5 policemen, the offices of the CENI and the residence of the commander of the PNC burned. The same day, the locality of Bukonde was also attacked.
All eyes of public opinion, both national and international, are cast towards the materialization of the political will of the Provincial Government to make operational the truth-seeking mechanism put in place by the deliberative body.
