New governance in the management of public affairs in the province of Kasai central: The IGF yes, but the Court of Accounts in addition.
On May 23, 2022, by an official letter, the Head of the Provincial Executive issued an invitation to the General Inspectorate of Finance, to come and audit the heritage of the province to find out its accuracy, completeness and the real value.
The Congolese Society for the Rule of Law continues to welcome this salutary initiative which would contribute to the fight against corruption and would usher in the era of new governance.
Also, it advises, for more efficiency, to seek the expertise of the Court of Auditors.
The recourse to this high court will make it possible to judge the regularity of the accounts established by the public accountants in the various services of bases, to control the good use and the good management of the public resources, and to certify the sincerity and the regularity of the accounts of the state.
